Markon B105 Brushless Generator Range
The B105 range of burshless ac generators are self-exciting rotating-field, single phase, 2-pole units. Outputs range 2.5kW to 6kW at 3000 RPM and 3kW to 7kW at 3600 RPM.
At unity power factor, voltage regulation will be +/-7.5% of the nominal. All machines offer a 4 wire arrangement suitable for 220/240V range (series connection) or 110/120V range (parallel connection. A 55/110V winding is also available.
The B105 ac generator comprises essentially a wound impregnated stator core which is further treated with an insulating enamel to give additional protection in severe environmental condition, a salient pole rotating field and capacitor self induced excitation system.. The wound components are housed in a high pressure die cast aluminum frame.
The machine is extremely durable, drip-proof and has sealed anti-creep bearings and no brush gear. Machines are supplied with either an SAE J609a Flange A or B adaptor. Rotor shafts are produced to accept an Extension 5 engine shaft, or an Extension 6 engine shaft. Other adaptors, including a 2 bearing adaptor kit, can be supplied to suit the wide range of prime movers available.
Class F (155C) insulation and impregnation systems are used throughout.

Markon BL105
