With Yamaha's performance enhancing features; Inverter Technology, Smart Throttle and Noise Block, the Yamaha EF3000iSE is capable of producing clean, high-quality electricity with extremely quiet operation (quietest in the industry). The EF3000iSE also features a fresh, new ergonomic design with easy control access, effortless electric starting and built-in wheels so it's remarkably portable - providing convenient power to the locations where you need it most, whether around the home or at a campsite. The EF3000iSE is a generator with leading edge technology.
The Yamaha EF3000iSEB has the additional Yamaha Boost Technology™ (YBT) - The EF3000iSEB model boosts output by adding battery voltage to alternator when needed. The Boost Control Unit (BCU) senses when extra power is needed and boosts the output for up to 10 seconds, ample time to give air conditioners, power tools and equipment that extra boost of power they need to start quickly and efficiently. When tools and appliances start quickly their motors start and run cooler increasing the life of the tool and the appliance.
